Wally is a compliance focus Safety Manager with extensive expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs. He ensures compliance with OSHA regulations while fostering a culture of workplace safety. His proactive approach involves identifying and mitigating risks, reducing accidents, and promoting employee well-being. 

Wally’s Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures, developing and maintaining safety policies and procedures in line with OSHA standards, and providing training and education to employees on best safety practices. He also investigates accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent reoccurrence and conducts regular workplace inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards. 

Wally holds the OSHA-Construction Safety Manager certification “NDASA Certified” and is dedicated to creating a safe and secure environment for all employees at Olympus Precast.
