Roger Arnell started his career in precast concrete in 1993, focusing on preconstruction services. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Olympus Precast, he leverages his comprehensive understanding of building systems and façade design to support the architectural and structural engineering community across the western United States.  

With extensive knowledge of precast pricing, Roger effectively collaborates with design and construction partners to deliver innovative solutions. He holds a Marketing degree from Idaho State University and has been a member served on the Board of Directors of Precast/Prestress Concrete Institute Mountain States since its inception, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the industry.
