Quinton began his journey in concrete during his adolescence, gaining hands-on experience in flatwork and decorative concrete. In 2007, he transitioned into the precast industry as a Quality Control Manager, where he was instrumental in developing Olympus Precast’s Quality System Manual (QSM) and achieving PCI certification for categories AC, B3, and C3. 

With a deep understanding of materials and process, Quinton led the development of mix designs and production practices for prestressed high-performance concrete. He later expanded his expertise as an estimator and project manager, overseeing a wide range of projects including data centers, road construction, government facilities, and parking structures. His project management work included close coordination from field operations through to owner and architect handoff. 

Today, Quinton serves as Plant Manager, where he focuses on operational efficiency and safety across both architectural and heavy highway product lines. His comprehensive industry knowledge and commitment to quality continue to drive Olympus Precast forward.
