With over 22 years of experience in the precast concrete industry, Luis Rodriguez has been an integral part of Olympus Precast’s success. He started with the company in 2002 and has worked his way up through the ranks, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to excellence at every step. He has served as Plant Manager for the past 12 years, overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and safety.

Prior to becoming Plant Manager, Luis held several key positions including Production Supervisor, Production Foreman, Loading Crew Foreman, and Rebar Foreman. His extensive hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of all facets of production, from managing crews to ensuring the precise manufacturing of precast components. Luis is also a certified welder, which has further enriched his technical expertise and contributed to his leadership in overseeing the fabrication and assembly of complex precast components.
