As the Director of Human Resources, Lisa plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our precast company.  With a focus on recruiting, employee relations and support, she is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace environment. Lisa oversees the processing of employee data and documentation, manages benefits administration-including health, dental and life insurance- and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.  

In addition to her core responsibilities, Lisa is committed to enhancing team morale through the planning of holiday parties, lunches and other employee activities. Her multifaced approach sures that employees feel valued and supported, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
