Our massive stress beds allow us to produce thousands of square feet in a very short amount of time. Our facility is indoors, allowing us to work in all weather conditions. Our plant is overseen by a level III PCI certified manager ensuring that our bridge deckings are of the highest quality. We have our own cranes and crews, allowing for timely installation. Delivery isn’t an issue either because we maintain our own fleet of trucks that can deliver Olympus Precast’s bridge deckings to the site.
Our innovative casting methods enable us to produce the highest quality precast sound wall on the market in a fraction of the time required by other precasters—and we can do it at a lower cost. Using a vertical battery mold, each panel is poured between two molded surfaces instead of stamping one side. This method enables us to produce panels with equally pristine finishes on either side.
